The Versa-Light Encore Exchange Program helps keep your crews working when eligible Versa-Light equipment is damaged.
Customers who have purchased a new Versa-Light system can exchange an eligible damaged light bar, push rod, or pull air hose for a professionally refurbished replacement—helping minimize downtime while extending the service life of their equipment.
Refurbished equipment is available exclusively through the Versa-Light Encore Exchange Program and is not sold as standalone equipment.

What Equipment Is Eligible for Encore?
The Encore Exchange Program is available to customers who have purchased a new Versa-Light system and have eligible damaged equipment to return through the core exchange process.
Versa-Light Light Bars
Eligible Encore replacements are available for Versa-Light light bars. Available sizes and current pricing are listed in the Encore Program flyer.
Push Rod
Eligible damaged Versa-Light push rods can be submitted through the Encore Exchange Program. You do not need to send in the entire chassis — only the push rod/casing and the cage or reel need to be sent. Removal is similar to the process for the Raptor Cutter.
Pull Air Hose
Eligible damaged Versa-Light pull air hoses can also be submitted for exchange.
Important: Encore is a core exchange program. Refurbished equipment is not available for direct purchase and requires the return of eligible damaged equipment. Control Boxes and Moisture Separators are not eligible for the Encore Exchange Program.
How the Encore Exchange Process Works
Encore is designed to get replacement equipment into your hands quickly while APS evaluates your damaged equipment for refurbishment eligibility.
Order & Receive Your Replacement
Receive professionally refurbished Versa-Light equipment, shipped quickly so you can keep working.
Return Your Damaged Core
Ship the damaged equipment back to APS within 15 business days of the initial shipment date of the refurbished replacement unit.
APS Inspection & Evaluation
APS inspects and evaluates the returned equipment to determine whether it meets the Encore Exchange Program requirements for refurbishment.
Receive Your Core Credit
Once the returned equipment is approved for refurbishment, the applicable core credit is issued to your account.
Professional Refurbishment
APS technicians restore qualifying equipment to meet APS quality and performance standards so it can return to the field through the Encore program.

Encore replacement equipment isn't simply used equipment being put back into service. Equipment supplied through the program is professionally inspected, repaired, tested, and documented before shipment to ensure it meets APS quality standards.
Refurbished Versa-Light units provided through the Encore Exchange Program include a limited 10-day warranty beginning on the date the customer receives the refurbished unit.
What the Limited Warranty Covers
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and operating conditions may qualify for repair, replacement with another refurbished unit of equal value, or an appropriate credit or exchange as determined by APS.
