Cure On Your Schedule

SpeedyLight lets installers work at their own pace with resin that cures only when exposed. This freedom ensures precision, reduces costly errors from rushing, and allows crews to easily adapt to any on-site challenge.

UV Curing for Real-World Jobs

Consistent Curing in Complex Conditions

SpeedyLight systems bring UV efficiency to laterals, vertical stacks, and in-house connections. Crews benefit from consistent results that are not affected by weather, temperature, or other outside factors. With easier logistics and no need for bulky generators or boilers, SpeedyLight simplifies your setup. Every project is backed by digital QA/QC documentation that municipalities and property owners value for peace of mind and approval confidence.

Total Control Over Cure Timing

With SpeedyLight’s UV technology, resin cures only when exposed. That gives your crew freedom over setup and positioning. No rushing against pot life, just precise timing that ensures accuracy, reduces errors, and delivers reliable results on every install.

SpeedyLight UV curing system in action

Traditional curing methods often tie up crews for hours and create scheduling uncertainty. By contrast, UV curing tracks directly with run length, delivering predictable and repeatable results every time. Contractors can plan their workdays with greater accuracy, reduce wasted labor, and ensure jobs are finished on time and on budget.

  • Time You Can Plan Around. Length-based cure times mean crews face fewer external variables such as weather, water temperature, or ambient conditions. This predictability reduces downtime, avoids unnecessary delays, and allows contractors to schedule more jobs with confidence.
  • Lightweight Power for Hard-to-Reach Spaces. Featuring extended reel lengths and powerful curing performance, SpeedyLight is built for efficiency on large or complex projects. From long-distance pipe runs to challenging access points, it delivers consistent curing speed and reliability where traditional systems fall short.
  • Field Tested Performance. Interchangeable SpectraLight heads and UV resins provide reliable performance across a wide range of pipe diameters and configurations. Proven on real job sites worldwide, the system ensures consistent results for contractors who need equipment they can trust.
